Josh Hardbarger was our home inspector when we bought a home in Newark, Oh. We bought an older home and kept a relationship with him to ensure we had a yearly plan for repairs/etc. He later became a real-estate agent. We already knew and trusted him and wanted to work with him when buying some land. It's unusual for a real estate agent to come with such a wide rang of knowledge. He has a deep understanding of this, and surrounding, areas that only comes with having lived here for decades (maybe grew up here?). He brings years-old local connections and has always been professional and considerate. All this combines for an extremely skilled and resourceful representative. He's helped us multiple times and sometimes in unexpected ways. Josh is worth every penny and more in our opinion.

Working with Josh Hardbarger was truly one of the best decisions I made during both the purchase and sale of my property.
